The fact is . . . no nation can exist without a fundamental belief in absolute truth!
It’s absolutely imperative that we believe in absolute truth—biblical truth.
Judges 17:6 says: “Every man did that which was right in his own eyes.” . . . referring to the behavioral and moral fiber of the people being addressed.
It’s the same “non-belief” in absolute truth that permeates our culture today.
No nation can exist without some fundamental belief in what comprises right and wrong.
Even secular theorists argue that a culture can only survive if its members share the same fundamental values.
So what’s the secret to cultural survival?
The answer—principled living.
And the source for such principled living?
Scripture. The Bible.
We must, as a nation, believe in those principles of truth, those values in God’s Word—values by which national life survives!
